Terms and Conditions

Due to government restrictions around COVID-19, you may experience delays in delivery. We regret
the inconvenience and request you to please bear with us in this extremely challenging situation.


  • Your shopping cart will be created when you add your first product. When you check out you will have the option to delete items, to save them for later, to change quantities, or to purchase them.

  • Please note that your shopping cart is not saved indefinitely.


  • You can complete your purchase online with a credit card/debit card/net banking. We do not have COD(Cash on Delivery) option.
  • Once payment is complete, the product will be dispatched.

  • If you make an error while submitting the order, email us within 24 hours of completion of online purchase and we can correct it as long as the item has not shipped.


  • CLAY : Will be ready for shipment within 7 days of receiving order. 

  • GLAZES, UNDER GLAZES & OTHER PRODUCTS: Will be ready for shipment within 10 - 14 days of receiving the order


  • Sara Glazes will be available in powder form, unless specifically mentioned as 'Sold in Liquid Form'.
    In order to use it, you will have to follow the instructions and make it a liquid glaze. An instructional sheet with materials required and steps to follow will be sent with all products. At any point, if you have doubts, you can reach out to us. The customer care number and email will be available in all products. We will revert within 48 hours.

  • In order to achieve the desired colour of the glaze, it is important that powdered glazes are mixed with the correct ingredients and in the correct quantity, any variations will cause change in final result.

  • Liquid Products will have to be stored in the necessary temperature, the instructions for storing them will be sent with the product.


  • Returns are Refunds are not guaranteed. 
    A lot of external factors such as firing temperatures, storage of product, technical know how in using the product and more affect the final result of our product. Incase you are unsatisfied with the product, we would require details on how you used it (with photographs preferably) and we will do our best in resolving the problem.

  • We follow the best possible packing methods. But in case your package is obviously tampered with or there has been severe transit damage, reach out to us immediately and we will address the same.

  • We generally discourage returns and refunds, as we would like to offer our customers only the newest products, that have never been used before. If you find any discrepancies in your order, with regard to colour, weight etc. reach out to us and we will do the best we can.


  • Glazes that are food safe have been marked prominently in their description.
  • Not all our glazes and products are food safe.
  • Safety Warning: Tableware producers must test all finished ware to establish dinnerware status, due to possible variations in firing temperature and contamination.
